Real or semi-real leather, heavier hardware, and a closer copy of the mixed-finish chain. Quilting alignment improves but rarely matches the original. Packaging is usually partial.
$300 to $800 and above
Sold as "mirror" or "super fake" quality. Full leather, weighted hardware, hand-finished edges, and a complete box set. It is still a counterfeit. It still cannot be serviced by Chanel, and it still carries no resale value.
Legal and practical risk
Selling counterfeit goods is trademark infringement under US law, and importing them is a separate violation. US Customs and Border Protection can seize and destroy shipments, and buyers can lose both the money and the bag. Beyond the legal exposure, a counterfeit has no warranty, no repair path, and no resale market. Authentic Chanel 19 bags hold value; fakes do not. A $500 fake is a $500 loss the day it arrives.

If any of those apply, the item is a counterfeit regardless of what the listing claims.
