Checks that separate a real Kelly 32 from a fake
- Blind stamp. Hermès presses a year letter and an artisan code into the leather with no ink. Copies show ink, a wrong font, or no stamp at all.
- Gold foil stamp. "HERMÈS PARIS" sits above the front flap with a clear accent on the E. Swapped or missing accents appear on many copies.
